For over 40 years, plants have sent us Nash pumps to rebuild. Along the way we measured, reverse engineered and remanufactured every major component of these pumps: rotors, cones, port plates, shafts, heads and bodies. Manufacturing a complete replacement pump is the natural extension of that work.

The result is a pump that is built to fit where the original sat, by people who know what fails, why it fails, and how to make it better. Where the original design had a known weak point, such as a body that corrodes at the water line or a shaft that grooves under the packing, we can build the replacement to address it. We are independent, so there are no ties to a manufacturer, boxes to stay inside of, antiquated rules to follow, or slow and costly timelines.

A replacement pump is only useful if it goes in without a project around it. Our Nash-compatible pumps are built so that:

• The feet land on the existing baseplate. Bolt pattern and shaft centerline height match the original.
• The inlet and discharge line up. Flange size, position and orientation match the original piping.
• Seal water and drain connections are in the same places. Existing seal water piping, separators and drains reconnect as they were.
• The shaft end matches. Your existing coupling hub or sheave fits, and the motor stays where it is.

In most installations that means minimal or no piping or baseplate modification. Where a plant has modified the original installation, tell us and we will build to what is actually there.

To quote a replacement, we need to know exactly what you have and what it does. Send the following and we can usually confirm the match from the first email:

From the nameplate

• Model number, including the size and configuration suffix (for example, a CL frame and its numbered variant)
• Serial number
• A photo of the nameplate

From the installation

• Rotation, as viewed from the drive end
• Shaft end: coupling or belt drive, and the existing motor speed and horsepower
• Flange sizes and orientation of inlet and discharge if they have been changed from original
• Photos of the pump on its base, from the drive end and from the piping side

From the process

• Service: couch, uhle box, felt dewatering, condenser exhausting, process vacuum, compressor duty
• Operating vacuum or discharge pressure and required capacity, if known
• Seal water source, temperature and quality (fresh, white water, recirculated, treated)
• Process gas: air, water vapor, solvent vapor, corrosive or abrasive constituents
• Materials of construction required, if your plant has a standard
